Here's another reason to celebrate as Mohd Sufiyan of class 6 D has won silver medal in held in Jaipur on 8&9 Aug 2023.
We all are proud of him.Almighty may keep blessing us always.

Satyam Singh, student of class 11, won a gold medal in the 46th UP State Shooting Championship. He got this medal for junior category and has also qualified for the pre-nationals. The championship was organized at Dr. Karni Singh Shooting Range in Delhi between 18 to 26 July.
Satyam has started playing since last three months only. His father Anoop Singh is also a national shooter.

DPS, Civil Lines takes immense pride to have a prodigy like Agrim Gupta of class IV in our school. He has brought laurels to his family, his almamater and the city of Aligarh by setting up various records. He participated in the record event of the longest skating marathon to promote the Indian games and support the mission ‘EK BHARAT SHRESHTHA BHARAT’. The record was legitimately set by the Shivganga Roller Skating Club, Belgaum, Karnataka, for the event held from May 30, 2019 (5:35 pm) to June 3, 2019 (5:35 pm). A total of 312 skaters played 10 Indian games in a 96 hour non-stop group-skating relay completing 10,125 laps covering a distance of 2027 km, on a 200m standard skating track. He set phenomenal records for the same and received several certificates. They are as follows-

To inculcate the leadership qualities in the students and to give them a feel of functioning of the administrative body, a school prefectorial board was formed for the juniors after scrutinous interviewing and selection. The school held the ceremony with great enthusiasm. It was the occasion where the young students were all prepared for leadership and discharging the responsibilities entrusted to them by the school. To inculcate the leadership qualities in students and to give them a feel of being an important and integral part of the administrative body.

The Investiture Ceremony for the academic year 2019-20 was held on the 14nth of August 2019.

The ceremony began with the Lighting of the Lamp followed by Saraswati Vandana. The principal felicitated the student council. Students were filled with enthusiasm. Principal pinned the badges to the prefects of newly elected Student Council.

The Choir had a melodious and inspiring song which perfectly suited the event. The song told the students how to overcome their challenges and never give up whatever the situation may be. The oath taking ceremony was led by ———-

The Principal Mrs. Rajani Singh inspired and encouraged the elected leaders to be dutiful and responsible in her address to the gathering. She showered her blessings upon the students. Vote of thanks was presented by the Head Boy and the Head Girl. The programme ended with National Anthem.
