The labourers, who usually rely on daily wages earned through contractual works, have found themselves in a difficult situation as the nationwide 21 days lockdown has brought everything to a standstill.

As the news of a large scale exodus of migrant labours came in, Delhi Public School Civil Lines Aligarh came forward with helping hand.

Each staff member of DPS civil lines Aligarh contributed to help and made arrangements for food, water & sanitation for the migrant labourers. With due consent and permission of ADM City and SHO of the particular areas the food kits were distributed by DPS CL staff.

    As the country is currently in a COVID-19 lockdown and students are unable to attend the school. During this unprecedented moment, students are although out of school, but at DPS Civil Lines Aligarh, it doesn’t mean their education is on hold. Owing to the dangers of the Coronavirus Pandemic, DPS Civil Lines Aligarh announced Online classes to help their students of classes X and XII till the situation is normalised.

    DPSCL students are now utilizing their time during homestay and are completing their syllabus by attending online classes.

    Let Covid-19 not stop our learning.
